Alessandro Scandurra

Alessandro Scandurra, architect from Milan founded Scandurra Studio Architettura - SSA in 2001. He operates in Italy and abroad, designing corporate headquarters for large multinationals such as Philips Italia and Zurich Insurance Italia. Artistic curator of the Palladio Museum and former scientific director of the Portaluppi Foundation as well as being a member of the landscape commission of the municipality of Milan. He received many nominations such as Gold Medal, the Mies Van Der Rohe award and the Compasso d'Oro. Thanks to his innumerable experiences and skills, he holds conferences all over the world including the Venice Biennale, the Milan Triennale and the Milan Polytechnic and also has begun an editorial career always in the field of architecture. From 2004 to 2007 he was a teacher at the Milan Polytechnic and since 2005 he has been visiting professor at the SUPSI University of Lugano in Switzerland.
