Rights and Warranties
For purchases made on Light Shopping it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods (Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014).
It is simple to exercising the right of withdrawal on Light Shopping: just write to Light Shopping via the contact form. You will receive an email with the RMA module (Return Merchandise Authorization) and all the information on how to proceed with the return. In the absence of the RMA module warehouse will not accept the return.
The costs for the shipment of the return are borne by the purchaser, and this is also valid in case during the purchase has been applied a discount on shipping. For help or information on the right of withdrawal, you can call customer service at +39 0438 455835.
The right of withdrawal will be void if:
- The original packaging is missing;
- The product has been damaged by causes not attributable to the transportation;
- The product has been used and/or worn;
- Parts of the product are missing.
Light Shopping s.r.l., will refund the returned goods within three (3) days of receipt of the same, with the same payment system used by the customer at time of purchase (bank transfer, credit card or Paypal).
The right of withdrawal may be exercised only by individuals and not by legal persons.
The amount will be refunded net of any shipping charges clearly indicated both at acquisition and in the documents sent later (Invoice / Purchse summary).
All products on sale on Light Shopping are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 24 months, limited to manufacturing defects imputable to the manufacturer (under the Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002).
For the warranty will be considered the delivery note or invoice, sent electronically a few days after the delivery of the order.
Goods travel under our responsibility: the products purchased on Light Shopping are entrusted to the carrier packed to best to avoid breakage. In the event of glass breakage or other components of the lamps during transport, Light Shopping guarantees the replacement of the part with a intact quickly and at free of charge.
For replacement under warranty of glasses or damaged items, proceed by filling out the form: you will receive quickly your spare part. Opening a Paypal dispute the times to manage the replacement may stretch: communicating a disservice to third parties, in fact, we will be forced to also handle the dispute, blocking the normal procedure.
