Foscarini - RitualsRituals desing lamps are inspired by Japanese rice paper lanterns. The elegant design was conceived by the designer couple Ludovica and Roberto Palomba and obtained through the skilful work of glass masters. Rituals lamps are distinguished by their lampshade enriched by thin incisions that create a rippled surface and help to filter the intensity of the light source, diffusing warm and soft lighting in the environment. The lampshed with a striped effect is made by a special mold with negative decorations, where the glass is mouth-blown and then hand-ground to be then subjected to the acid immersion process in order to give the chalky look. Rituals lamps are offered in different and complementary shapes and in different versions, suspended, table, wall and ceiling, fascinate for their seductive materiality and are the perfect protagonists of contemporary furniture to be used alone or to create harmonious compositions.
