The term Furin in Japanese refers to a round bell from which hang one or more small pipes that produce a bell when blowing the wind. The Furin chandeliers designed by the designer Kengo Kuma follow the same concept and represent a mobile lighting system able to define the spaces. Kengo Kuma has designed a curtain lamp composed of a track and tubular elements in aluminum where a LED light source is inserted inside, covered for their entire length by a sock of fabric available in the colors of white or red. The tubular elements are produced in different heights, they can illuminate the floor as well as a table. In addition to this particular Kengo Kuma track lighting system, the design chandeliers consist of the same tubular elements but are connected in groups of nine or twelve to a rosette with a round or square white finish. The design chandeliers from Furin are the right furniture accessory if you want to obtain a particularly spectacular effect.
