Nemo
Nemo, founded in Milan in 1993 by Franco Cassina, is a renowned company in the field of lighting. It has its roots in a history of innovation and engineering that has made it a point of reference in both Italian and international design. Since 2012, the company has been owned by Federico Palazzari, and in addition to committing to the creation of projects by contemporary icons such as Mario Bellini, Jean Nouvel, Andrea Branzi, he is also dedicated to the "Masters" collection. It includes the projects of great artists, designers and architects of the twentieth century such as Le Corbusier (of which he has the world exclusive), Charlotte Perriand, Franco Albini or Vico Magistretti.
In 2020, Nemo acquires a historic Turin lighting company, Ilti Luce, and from here comes Nemo Studio, a branch of the company that deals with architectural lighting in sectors such as museums, retail and outdoor. Today Nemo is headquartered in Milan and has branches in France and the United States, but operates in more than 40 countries.
