Gabetti e Isola
Gabetti and Isola were two designers and architects who from a young age began to create works and projects by collaborating together. A friendship and a working relationship, so much so that it led to grandiose projects such as the Turin Stock Exchange. For them, modern projects must observe urban and environmental values, respecting their needs and characteristics, to the point of identifying themselves and disappearing in the midst of nature itself. In 2000 Gabetti passed away, leaving behind an era that strongly marked the history of architecture and its styles, giving an opportunity for evolution to traditional techniques and theories of Turin design, very similar to art nuveau. Both Gabetti and Isola were university professors over the course of their careers. Their works have spread all over the world, so much so that they can be found overseas at the MOMA in New York, without forgetting their presence in international exhibitions.
