Marino Cagnatel
A revisited classicism is that of Marino Cagnatel, designer for Metal Lux. The collection he designed "Icaro" represents the beauty and vanity of the elements. A classic shape is revisited by a modern influence, where the decors of the lamp represent a luminous decor. The collection includes numerous versions, with an important presence. Marino Cagnatel is a Venetian designer with a degree in graphic arts. His first approach to the world of lighting comes from a young age, working within a chandelier design company in Venice. Right here his talents as an artist make their way and after a training course in the field, he decides to continue his passion by working on his own. This will lead him to collaborate with various Italian design realities up to the collaboration of famous glass factories of the Murano scene. Thanks to this, it will begin to expand its capabilities, even to work for foreign companies, in particular with Greece and Spain. Marino Cagnatel's continuous research to interpret lighting leads him to the realization of always avant-garde ideas, where shapes and lines are destined to become matter and light.
