Piero Lissoni
Piero Lissoni, has a thirty-year career in the development of international projects in various sectors from architecture to interior and product design, to graphics.
In 1985 he graduated in Architecture at the Milan Polytechnic and in 1986 he founded the interdisciplinary studio Lissoni & Partners, specializing in architecture and interior design. He is responsible for the artistic direction of some design companies, including Alpi, B&B Italia, Boffi, Living Divani, Lema, Lualdi, Porro and Sanlorenzo.
He is considered one of the masters of contemporary design, he has collaborated with many international brands, some examples are Flos, Glas Italia, Golran, Illy, Janus et Cie, Kartell, Kerakoll, KN Industrie, Knoll, Nero Sicilia, Olivari, Salvatori, Tecno, Viccarbe. For Kartell he designed the Fata wall lamp characterized by a bowl-shaped cap, made in 3D printing that refracts the light in an always different way depending on the angle from which it is viewed. Suitable for illuminating an entire room or as a courtesy light in the corridor, in the bathroom, in the bedroom.
