Neri & Hu

Neri & Hu Design and Research Office is the design studio founded in 2004 by the two Chinese designers Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu based in Shanghai. Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu earned a degree in architecture in the University of Berkeley respectively as well as a master's degree in architecture from Harvard University and a master's degree in architecture and urban planning in Princeton University.

The two partners works internationally in various sectors: architecture, interior design, graphics and product design. The study is composed of a heterogeneous and multidisciplinary team to meet international needs through projects in which different design disciplines are mixed. Neri & Hu have been widely appreciated by the press around the world and by countless other printed and online media, receiving a series of prestigious international design awards such as the INSIDE Festival in 2011, the AR Emerging Award in 2010 and Design Vanguards in 2009 for their innovative projects.

Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu have also founded the "Design Republic" concept store based in Shanghai that offers unique products created by the best design talents from all over the world. In addition to numerous awards for architecture and design, Neri & Hu have designed products for important brands such as Poltrona Frau SpA, Classicon, Gandia Blasco, Fritz Hansen, Nanimarquina, Parachilna, BD Barcelona Design, Porro, Stellar Works, Meritalia and many others. For Artemide they've signed Yanzi design lamps, modern chandeliers and Nh table lamps.
