Lorenzo Antonioni
Lorenzo Antonioni is a young light designer who in 2012 founded the Bulbo brand with three other colleagues. Bulbo was born as a project of an university research and has developed into a successful business. Bulb lamps combine design, LED technology and years of light and plant interaction studies at university labs. The result of this research is the lamps that provide solar energy to plants, even in low light conditions, such as in home environments. Thanks to the frequency of the emitted light, the energy saving LED lamps, provide the plants with the ideal light they need. Bulb lamps can be used for breeding small domestic gardens, succulents, aromatic plants, flowers.
In the 2012 Bulbo wins the Spinner European Competition that provides funds at young entrepreneurs and in 2014, the TIM #Wcap Program, a grant and acceleration program. These innovative lamps for plants have appeared in important magazines such as Domus, Casa Vogue, Wohnrevue, Icon, Elle Decor, Hearst Home, Interni.
