Ionna Vautrin
Born in France in 1979 Ionna Vautrin is a talented young designer. She graduated at the école de design Nantes Atlantique in 2002 and immediately began working for various companies such as Camper, George J. Sowden, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. In 2011 she opened his own design studio collaborating on various projects with numerous internationally renowned brands such as Kvadrat, Christian Dior, Foscarini, Baffo, Sancal, Super-ette, Lexon and others. Ionna Vautrin focuses her efforts on designing everyday objects that are functional, simple and surprising at the same time. Most of his projects have the following characteristics: organic and geometric shapes, bright colors, a simple and intuitive design. Examples of this approach are the Binic table lamp, small accessory for domestic lighting with rounded shapes and the design chandeliers Chouchin, inspired both in the name and in the shape on the Japanese paper lanterns.
