Stefano Papi
Stefano Papi graduated in Industrial Design at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome where he discusses his thesis by presenting "Aura, the scooter of the future" which has made him won the 2002 Aprilia Design Prize, developed in collaboration with Studio Paretti. He is dedicated to the development of products and the production of films and audiovisual presentations, collaborating as a freelace with various design studios. He takes care of the communication of various products and concepts for websites. He has also started a collaboration with SLAMP which leads him to deepen the company's industrial processes. This new interest led him to learn how to optimize and innovate these processes while continuing to create original products and display settings. He oversaw the engineering of the Nigel Coates chandeliers exhibited at the Venice Architecture Biennale in its 11th edition. In 2008 he designed the Goccia di Luce suspension lamp inspired by the fluid shape of water and in 2011 Morgana inspired by the shape of an ampoule.
