Zaha Hadid
Zaha Hadid is a British naturalized Iraqi architect and designer. She was the first woman in history to win the Pritzker Architecture Prize and is known worldwide for her great architectural works and her theoretical and academic work.
Her main subject of study is based on the implementation of projects that integrate natural topography with man-made structures, experimenting with innovative technologies.
Among its most important buildings are the National Museum of 21st Century Arts in Rome and the London Aquatic Center, designed for the 2012 Olympics. Being a symbol for deconstructivist architecture, Zaha was named "Artist for Peace" by 'UNESCO and received the title of "Commandeur de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres" from the French Republic. She is one of the 100 most influential people in the world.
